Firestorm Talent Privacy Policy

Oct 24, 2026 · @Angel AI

Effective date: October 24, 2026

Firestorm Talent & Entertainment ("Firestorm Talent," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit www.firestormtalent.com, contact us, or book entertainment with us, and how we use and protect it.

By using our website or submitting an inquiry, you agree to the practices described here.

Information We Collect

Information you give us. When you fill out our booking or contact form, call, text, email, or chat with us, we may collect:

  • Your name, email address, and phone number

  • Company or organization name

  • Event details such as date, location, venue, guest count, theme, budget, and the acts you're interested in

  • Anything else you choose to include in your message

Payment information. When you pay a deposit or invoice, payments are handled by third-party processors (such as credit card processors, Zelle, or Venmo). We do not store full credit card numbers on our website.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, ours automatically collects certain technical data when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, time on site, and the website that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies (see "Cookies & Analytics" below).

How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Respond to your inquiry and prepare quotes

  • Plan, schedule, and deliver your event entertainment

  • Coordinate with performers, venues, and event planners for your booking

  • Send invoices, contracts, and booking confirmations

  • Send occasional updates, offers, or seasonal entertainment ideas (only if you've agreed — you can opt out anytime)

  • Improve our website and understand how visitors find us

  • Protect our website from spam, fraud, and misuse

  • Meet legal, tax, and insurance obligations

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to run our business and deliver your event:

  • Performers and crew booked for your event receive the event details they need (date, location, call time, onsite contact).

  • Service providers who help us operate, such as our website host (Wix), email and scheduling tools, payment processors, and booking platforms. They may use your information only to provide services to us.

  • Venues and event partners, when coordination is required for your booking (for example, fire-safety approvals or insurance certificates).

  • Legal reasons, if required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the safety of our clients, performers, or the public.

Cookies & Analytics

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the site working, remember your preferences, and understand how visitors use it. We may use tools such as Wix Analytics and Google Analytics, which collect information about your visit in aggregated form.

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Do Not Track. Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our website does not currently respond to them.

Emails, Texts & Opting Out

If you check the box agreeing to receive communications, or have booked with us before, we may send occasional emails or texts about entertainment ideas, seasonal offers, or availability.

You can stop these anytime:

Even after opting out, we may still contact you about an active booking, such as contracts, invoices, and event-day logistics. Message and data rates may apply to texts.

Data Retention, Security & Children

Retention. We keep inquiry and booking records for as long as needed to serve you, and as required for tax, accounting, insurance, and legal purposes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.

Security. Our website uses HTTPS encryption, and we use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children. Our website and services are intended for adults planning events. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Your Privacy Rights

You may ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you

  • Correct information that is inaccurate

  • Delete your information, subject to records we must keep for legal or tax reasons

  • Stop sending you marketing messages

To make a request, email info@firestormtalent.com with the subject line "Privacy Request." We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within a reasonable time.

California residents. We serve clients throughout Southern California. Under California law, you may request information about how we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not share personal information for that purpose.

Nevada residents. We do not sell personal information as defined under Nevada law. You may still submit a request to opt out of any future sale by emailing us.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be posted on our website.
