Firestorm Talent Terms & Conditions

Oct 24, 2026 · @Angel AI

Effective date: October 24, 2026

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of www.firestormtalent.com and to any entertainment booked through Firestorm Talent & Entertainment ("Firestorm Talent," "we," "us"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking our services, you ("Client") agree to these terms.

If your signed booking contract or invoice includes different terms, the signed contract controls for that event.

Website Use

Pricing is an estimate. Prices shown on our website are starting rates for planning purposes only. Final pricing depends on date, location, number of performers, duration, travel, and custom costume or theme requests. Your written quote or invoice is the only binding price.

Our content. All photos, videos, logos, text, and designs on this website belong to Firestorm Talent or our performers and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reuse, or distribute them without our written permission.

Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the website, including submitting false inquiries, sending spam, or attempting to interfere with how the site works.

Third-party links. Our site may link to outside websites such as Yelp, GigSalad, or social media. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

Quotes, Booking & Payment

Quotes. Quotes are valid for 2 days unless stated otherwise. Performer availability is not guaranteed until your booking is confirmed.

Confirming your booking. Your date is reserved only after we receive a signed agreement and a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total. The remaining balance is due 1 days before the performer starts unless noted otherwise in contract.

Payment methods & fees.

  • Zelle or Venmo: no fee

  • Credit card: a 4% processing fee is added

Talent Manager onsite fee. Bookings of 3 or more performers include a required onsite Talent Manager fee of $300 to coordinate performers, timing, and safety at your event.

Late payments. Unpaid balances may result in cancellation of services. Performers will not begin until the balance is paid in full.

Cancellations, Rescheduling & Weather

Client cancellations. Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel:

  • More than [X] days before the event: you owe only the deposit

  • Within [X] days of the event: [X]% of the total is due

  • Within [X] hours of the event: 100% of the total is due

Rescheduling. We will do our best to move your booking to a new date. Your deposit may be applied to a rescheduled date within [X] months, subject to performer availability.

Weather & safety. Outdoor fire, aerial, and stilt performances may be modified, shortened, or moved indoors if rain, high wind, or unsafe conditions put performers or guests at risk. The decision rests with our onsite lead. Modifications made for safety are not grounds for a refund.

If we must cancel. If Firestorm Talent cannot perform due to illness, emergency, or events beyond our control, we will first try to provide a comparable replacement performer. If we cannot, we will refund all payments for the affected services.

Event Requirements

Performance space. Client must provide the space described in the booking, such as a smooth, level surface (16' x 16' for Cyr wheel), adequate ceiling height and rigging points for aerial acts, and clear walkways for stilt walkers.

Fire performances. Client is responsible for confirming the venue allows fire. Fire acts require a clear safety perimeter and may require venue or Fire Marshal approval. We will provide insurance certificates and safety plans on request. If fire is not permitted on the day, we may substitute an LED version of the act.

Performer safety & conduct. Performers may stop or adjust a performance if guests, conditions, or the space become unsafe. Guests may not touch performers, costumes, or props without permission. Client is responsible for guest behavior.

Green room & arrival. Client will provide a private, secure changing area and access for load-in at the agreed call time.

Overtime. Performance time beyond the booked hours is subject to performer availability and billed at the rate in your quote.

Photos, Liability & Insurance

Photos & video. Client and guests may photograph and film performances for personal use. Firestorm Talent may use photos or video from your event for portfolio and marketing purposes. If you prefer we don't, tell us in writing before the event.

Insurance. Firestorm Talent carries general liability insurance. Certificates of insurance naming your venue as additional insured are available on request.

Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Firestorm Talent is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to an event will not exceed the amount you paid for that event.

Client responsibility. Client is responsible for damage to performers' equipment, costumes, or props caused by Client or guests.

Governing Law & Changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Orange, California.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, with a new effective date at the top of this page. Changes do not affect bookings already confirmed under a signed agreement.

See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
